A Contemporary Home Designed for Modern Family Living Spread across 4,000 sq. ft., this contemporary triplex residence in Tumkur was envisioned as a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and timeless design. Every space was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the homeowners’ lifestyle while balancing functionality, comfort, and understated luxury. The design embraces clean architectural lines, elegant material palettes, and warm interior elements to create a home that feels sophisticated yet inviting. One of the defining features of the residence is the addition of a traditional Totti Mane on the terrace, seamlessly integrating cultural heritage with contemporary architecture.

The Vision
